Party goodie bags for a two year olds birthday?
I'm looking for some cheap ideas for things to fill goodie bags for my daughters party. I don't want to fill them up with all candy since the kids coming are all young. Most of the things you find in the party stores seem like they would be choking hazards. Any ideas?
