Half Day of Staging: An Ischgebibbel Consultant will roll up her sleeves and work with the home owner creating a buyers dream. This service includes up to 4 hours of staging and is perfect for homes 1,500 sqft or smaller. We will also take pictures afterwards which you can use for your flyers and internet listing. 

Full Day of Staging: This service is perfect for homes over 1,500 sqft. An Ischgebibbel Consultant will spend up to 8 hours with the homeowner turning your home into a buyers dream. This service includes “After” photos for you to use to market your home on the internet. 

Open House staging: This service is for homes that need just a little help in order to shine on Open House day. An Ischgebibbel Consultant will spend up to three hours putting the finishing touches on your home. 

Vacant Home staging: This service is for Homes that are vacant and need furniture so the buyer can imagine themselves and their furnishings in the home. We use a furniture rental company and oversee the entire process from choosing the furniture, accessories and also de staging the property once it has sold. This service also includes photos for your internet listing. 

Interior Redesign: This service is offered to Home owners that need some help with furniture placement, choosing wall colors, picking out furniture or just simply rearranging what you already own in order to create a space that is comfortable and stylish. 

Shopping service: This service is for anyone that needs an expert to purchase furnishings or accessories for your home.
